New Lower In Season Rates

Dear Valued Guest,
At Hacienda RV Resort, we value our guests’ opinions and suggestions. We have gathered the information that you provided from both our guest surveys and by speaking with many of you personally. We are all dealing with these challenging economic times and your comments have been extremely helpful in guiding us. You told us two important things: first – you wanted lower rates, and second – most of you did not consistently use our breakfast bar.
The good news is that beginning September 1, 2010, our in season rates will be lowered. In order to help accomplish this, we will be discontinuing our complimentary breakfast bar and USA Today newspaper. These two items constituted a large expense which less than 20% of our guests consistently used. By eliminating the labor and product cost, we can directly reduce our rate.

More good news is that everything else at Hacienda RV Resort remains the same: friendly attentive services, Rewards Card Program (stay 6 nights, get the 7th night free), availability of private showers, a bright clean laundry facility, and our weekly margarita party. Coffee and tea will be available for you to enjoy at 7:30 AM, either in the dining room or on the outside patio. For your convenience, we will have newspapers for sale in the front of the clubhouse.

Many of you have already taken advantage of our merchant discount plan, which was developed exclusively for Hacienda guests. You receive 10% off from participating restaurants and merchants in both Old Mesilla and Las Cruces, just by giving them the Hacienda coupon with their name on it. Currently, there are 26 participating business and we are continuing to find more who wish to participate. Since we will not be serving breakfast, we have specially included restaurants that are open for breakfast in our discount program. These include El Comedor, Las Mariachis, The Shed, Dick’s Café (Valley Dr), Rosie’s Café Mesilla, The Bean, and  Adobe Café. These restaurants are located within 3 miles of our resort. This discount program is only available to our guests and is our way of saying “Thanks” for being a Hacienda guest.
