Beginning September1, 2010, our in season rates have been lowered. Our rates are all inclusive. That means, you get 30/50 amp service, electric, water, sewer, cable TV, and WiFi.

* Rates are plus tax (sales and lodgers tax apply to all RV’s in New Mexico). All rates are based on 2 person occupancy. $3.00 per additional person per day. If you are a member of FMCA, Good Sam, AAA, or AARP, you will receive a 10% discount on our daily rates.
** Monthly rates are for a 31 day minimum, all applicable taxes are included in the rate. No refunds on monthly stays. Rates are subject to change.
