Hacienda RV Resort is once again offering an “Extended Stay” program for the 2010 – 2011 seasons. The sites available for this program include pull thru sites, back in sites, and extra long back in sites. Your stay must be a minimum of 62 days, and can begin anytime after June 1, 2010.   The months do not need to be consecutive, but must be within 12 months of the first months stay. You have the option of adding additional months at the same low rate, providing your selected site is available.

Simple Rates:

Designated Back In Sites:  $600 per Month + Electric

Designated Pull Thru & Extra Long Back In Sites: $700.00 per month + Electric

It’s easy to make your reservation:
1. Pick an extended stay site from the available extended stay sites.
2. Pick the dates of your stay. Your stay will be a minimum of 62 days.
3. Call us toll free at 1-888-686-9090 to check the site availability and dates.
4. Book your reservation.

Save an additional 10% by booking and paying for your reservation, in full, by May 31, 2010.
or
Save an additional 5% by booking and paying for your reservation, in full, by June 30, 2010.
Otherwise
Half of your reservation fee is due at the time of making your reservation, and the balance is due upon check in.

All sites will have the electric metered and the electric bill will be due at the first of each month. All payments are non refundable. If you are unable to complete any part of your stay, the unused portion amount will be credited to your account to be used on a future stay at our regular resort rates. No other discounts apply to these rates.
